Adedapo Adeboyejo - Building a Better Way to Give Back

While serving as the Class of 2024 President, one challenge became immediately clear: there was no consistent or scalable way to fund cadet-led activities and class initiatives. These programs are the heartbeat of cadet life—bringing classmates together, strengthening morale, and building traditions that last far beyond graduation—yet funding them often relied on fragmented efforts and limited resources.

This realization planted the seed for a bigger vision.

Born in Nigeria and shaped by a strong Christian faith, our Class of ’24 President has always believed deeply in service, stewardship, and giving back to others. Those values guided his leadership style and continue to influence the work he does today. For him, leadership has never been about titles—it has been about responsibility.

In his role overseeing both communications and finance, he saw firsthand how critical transparency, intentional planning, and sustainable funding are to the success of cadet initiatives. Strong ideas and motivated cadets were never the problem. The missing piece was a system that allowed those ideas to be supported properly.

That gap is exactly what inspired our mission.

At our core, we exist to support cadets by creating meaningful pathways to fund class initiatives, empower cadet-led projects, and give back to the community that gives so much to its future officers. Every decision we make is rooted in the belief that cadets deserve resources that match their dedication and sacrifice.

In my opinion, organizations that truly last are built when leadership is grounded in service and purpose rather than convenience. This company was founded on that principle—and it continues to guide how we operate, communicate, and give back.

Because when cadets are supported, the entire community is stronger.
